Earrings are hand cut and sanded, for smoothness. They were created from a 1930's era Artstyle Chocolate Tin. Very Art Deco.
Earring wires are antique gold-plated brass, 16mm flat fishhook with open loop, 21 gauge.  Each pair come with silicone clear earring backs. 
Earrings have been treated with a museum grade wax to protect and enhance, called Renaissance.
