Observation on Fear
“Notice that we don’t fear what is happening now. Rather, we fear our thoughts and fantasies about what MAY happen in the future. Fear is always about the future. But the future does not exist; it lives only in our fantasies. Only this moment right now exists. Everything else is our imagination.
Mark Twain made the point: “My life has been filled with many misfortunes, most of which never happened.”
